[aerogear-dev] JWT based auth for APNs

Hi,

I've added a new issue to the HTTP/2 epic, since APNs ("coming later this
year") will support Token based authentification:

For HTTP/2 we'll be using Pushy, which already has a branch/PR for this
feature:
