[Apiman-user] UI bug in definition (swagger) rendering features on 1.3.2.Final

A fix for this is available: https://github.com/apiman/apiman/pull/659

A few visual tweaks are needed before merging and releasing. I'll do a
1.3.3.Final release tomorrow all being well.
