[Apiman-user] UI bug in definition (swagger) rendering features on 1.3.2.Final

The various visual glitches have been fixed on master now, too.

1.3.3.Final coming up shortly. Will announce in due course.

NB: the WF11 distro uses a newer version of Keycloak now (3.4.3).
