[cdi-dev] How to process the scope in JEE7

What Spring does is to FREELY INTERPRET the jsr-330 @Scope annotation. This is just not portable at all, thus it's not worth it!
What is a scope annotation good for if there are no rules and ways to implement a context for it? Exactly, it's exactly worth NOTHING!
