Created a branch in svn for this eclipse plugin-in project. The plugin.xml is pretty much done with extensions for the object contributions for publishing and unpublishings. These extensions turn into the right-click context menu items. Also have a view extension for the server view. Added a JAR dependency to Jettison JSON library. Using the Eclipse NLS way of I18n.

Still need to create icons for server, repository, and workspace. Also need to implement a way to obtain images from the plugin.
