The ServerView is pretty much implemented (view, treeviewer, contentprovider, labelprovider). This will manage (add, delete, edit) servers that host DNA repositories.

Need to implement a Server dialog that will allow the user to create and edit a server. The UI for the delete server is done. Would be nice to get key bindings for delete to work also.
