[forge-dev] Forge Plugin/Addon/Extension naming

Plugin is only a problem because we're now talking about normal plugins and
"uber" / ageration plugins. So what about calling plugins that aggregate
other plugins (such as the proposed Seam3 plugin) PluginPack?
