[gsoc] [GSoC 2014] JBoss AS Quickstarts - Introduction

Hi Sanne,
Thanks a lot for your email.

Prof. Paolo Romano taught us the module, "Fault-Tolerant Distributed
Systems". We did a project "Implementation of LCR Uniform Total Order
Broadcast algorithm", where we studied and implemented the LCR Uniform
Total Order Broadcast algorithm on Appia [1], supervised by him.

I am currently working under Prof. Luiz Veiga for my master thesis. Thanks
for recommending me the alternative project ideas. I will go through
Infinispan and the related projects and come up with a project proposal. It
would be pretty useful for my thesis, titled Cloud2Sim, as a use-case as
well. I will research further on how I can make use of these technologies
together.
