[hibernate-dev] IdentifierGenerator support

Hey all, wanted to give everyone a heads up that I just committed a very
large change to trunk (see issue link).  The test suites are all
passing, but that does not mean I did not mess anything up.  

Anyway if you see any "weird" id generation related issues, please let
me know.
