are not serializable from the StandardServiceRegistryImpl.

I'll create a jira for this but I'm not yet sure of the fix release.  I 
also would like to frame this better.  I'm rambling in this email thread 
to myself and anyone that wants to follow.  I'll try to explain better 
in the jira. ;)
