[hibernate-dev] [HV] Master is now 6.1, 6.0 is branched

CI job hibernate-validator-6.0-jdk9 fixed.

The MAVEN_OPTS were missing a specific add module option.

Not sure how it didn't get copied when I copied the job from the master one
though...
