Patch adds Open Query Editor menu for all elements in PackageExplorer. Uses first selected element for determine elements project and opens editor with the projects console configuration. Works only if HibernateNature enabled for the project. Otherwise it doesn't suggest to enable Hibernate Nature and opens editor without selected ConsoleConfiguration.
