we dont want to add more menu entries to the context menu on package explorer ...at least not too many ,)

would be good if we had an actionset for this that works on the current selection instead of just on package explorer.
Could you adjust the patch to that ? e.g. a dropdown toolbar button with Open HQL and Critieria as the two "modes" ?
