[infinispan-dev] Preparing for Infinispan 4.0.0.CR3

We have yet another blocker, dependencies on RHQ snapshots that are breaking folks' builds.  The RHQ guys have promised a release by Wed so I'm going to hold back on CR3 for this.

The knock-on effect is that a GA by Christmas is looking increasingly unlikely - sorry guys! :(
