[infinispan-dev] State transfer with total order based replication/distribution protocols

Hi Dan, Mircea,

the Cloud-TM review is in less the a month and we need to have the state 
transfer working properly also for TOB/TOM replication/distribution.

With Pedro, we have prepared a design document describing how we think 
that it could be implemented:

If you have not already started working on it, I was thinking to ask 
Pedro to take care of it. Of course, comments on the protocol design are
