As an administrator, I want to delete all existing entries in a cache which has previously been made Unavailable. If a cache store is configured, I want the option of saving all existing entries to the cache store (prior to delete from cache).

The following entries will be added to the actions menu:
Purge cache data

This action will ask for confirmation. It can only be applied to disabled caches.
