As an administrator, make change the status of existing 'Unavailable' cache to 'Available' for reads and writes. 

The following entries will be added to the actions menu:
Disable
Enable
https://rawgit.com/pzapata/infinispan-console-mockup/master/cache-status.html

These actions will request confirmation from user.
The cache will be enabled / disabled to remote connections.
