[jboss-as7-dev] depending on jackson-mapper-asl

I agree with Andy but having different release cycles we should isolate AS 7's libs from the rest anyways.
For this problem, I think we should:
- bump up AS 7 Jackson version to the one used by Avro
- isolate this library for future proofing
