[jboss-as7-dev] i18n Logging ID's and Levels

There are some general guidelines on log levels here http://community.jboss.org/wiki/HowToLogInJBossProjects
but I agree it can be puzzling to decide which category to use at times. More examples might help.

The reason for having an ID for something like "Server is started" to to allow translation in products while keeping the ID as the googlable reference.
