[jboss-as7-dev] Default Configuration Namespace

Darran,
   as mentioned on irc, during my vault changes, I fixed the 
standalonexml.java and hostxml.java for the domain_v1 and domain_v1.1 
blocks.  There was one location in staxmapper that it was coupled to 
domain_v1, that I punted.  I am trying to locate that.
