I've removed this. It was a real pain in the neck for me,
e.g. resynching and rebuilding and then forget to build the tests
broke the incremental compile of eclipse in bizarre ways.

The jars are now in src/resources but can be rebuilt and
committed using the tests-support target if necessary.
