[jboss-dev-forums] [Design the new POJO MicroContainer] - Reference guide outline

I started an outline of the reference guide overview sections in docs/reference/src/docbkx/en/modules/outline.xml. There is a lot to cover so I'm trying to organize how we should go from higher level views down to specifics of how the spis are used, both by other mc classes and by mc customizers.

I just checked in a first pass and will do another tonight.
