JBoss Seam is aligned with jBPM as well. Richfaces + Ajax + Seam provide us with a good combination of tools to build what we require, I'm more keen on using an in-house tool where I can get quick support and assistance from the team and where I can contribute back whenever possible. 

At least from an integration perspective it would look much better the more we integrate our products.
