These ManagedObjects were produced through DeployersImpl, not ProfileServiceBootstrap.initBootstrapMDs. As I work on this, locally I've moved the SBM deployment out of the bootstrap and instead made it the first subprofile produced by StaticProfileFactory, before the conf/jboss-service.xml subprofile (see http://www.jboss.org/index.html?module=bb&op=viewtopic&t=154673).
