That is probably due to a change I made to avoid duplicate ManagedObjects being created for the bootstrap beans. The ProfileServiceBootstrap.initBootstrapMDs only create a minimal ManagedObjectImpl for the KernelDeployments and then creates the MangedComponents for the DeplomentUnit components. Something is not lining up in terms of matching what is produced by the DeployersImpl approach to creating the root ManagedObject.
