[jboss-dev] branch_4_2 arjuna tm commit issue

I tested this locally and it works, thanks. I swiched Branch_4_2 to
jbossts14/snapshot to see what else this fixes. After we stabilize this
a bit, we can 'cut' a jbossts 4.2.3.CR3.
