[jboss-dev] Log4J RepositorySelector

It looks ok as an application service, but its needs to be validated in
the contexts of hot deployment, scoped class loading, and interaction
with jboss components usage of the Logger/Log4j. We need a contributor
agreement from Tamas to pull this into varia and think about hows its
packaged.
