I'm still having some problems in the testsuite on hudson with the maven built 
thirdparty directory, so I'm going to hold off on this a little bit longer until 
I can get it resolved.  The build-maven.xml file is not in svn, so if you want 
to test it out, just use "ant -f build-maven.xml".
