[jboss-dev] AS is hanging at startup

Hmm basically the 4 seconds are measured for different deployments...

And in the log there is:

which also means what it says - skipping annotation processing :)

Furthermore the AnnotationDeployer has been updated with Ales generic 
annotation scanning thingy and he mentioned that everything is done 
lazily - so there should be no annotation scanning/processing at all for 
those deployments.

So i guess there must be something else going on in the 4 seconds 
between MappedReferenceResolver for invoker.war and AnnotationDeployer 
for jbossws.sar...
