Hi Jason,
we currently have JBossWS 3.1.0.CR1 on Branch_5_x. We'll for sure 
produce and install there a CR2 in few days. The 3.1.0.GA release is 
scheduled for the end of this month, we'll see whether it will go to the 
5.1.Beta or just to the 5.1.GA.
