org.jboss.bootstrap:jboss-bootstrap:1.0.0-Beta-1 at least.  Beta because 
we'll be conservative w/ the naming schemes. ;)

This also means the removal of the "bootstrap" module from AS in favor 
of the newer component.

We've been using this to prototype runtimes within EJB3, AS Embedded. 
Currently immature as a component, but was copied out of AS where it's 
been considered stable for years.
