Is some kind of blunt filtering mechanism useful? A la what we do with 
JBossCustomDeployDUFilter and GenScanDeployer beans in 
metadata-deployer-jboss-beans.xml.

(Unverified assumption: WARAnnotationMetaDataDeployer doesn't need to 
process admin-console.war)
