Referencing Jason's email on the JBoss AS 6.1.0 release:

Let's be sure the OPEN JIRAs reflect the actual issues targeted for the release and they are being addressed.

15 tracking Component Upgrades
10 Documentation 
 7 tracking Test Suite Failures

If you're assigned a JIRA that was reopened for the 6.1.0 release but do not (or can not due to other priorities) plan to address the issue, 
unassign it so it can be picked up or reassigned to someone else.
