not sure that code does http well ?
a better option could be to use jetty that comes with eclipse to react
to http requests ?

I properly would not even expose any of this as main UI - just a
preference
to turn on/off.

that sounds weird, you shouldn't have to sign jars to export it.

I am a hotel with limited bandwidth right now so haven't been able to
build/run it yet ;/
