I tried several attemps using the regular subscription mechanism. The only time the user didn't get inserted was when a user was logged in then i pressed back to register another user. Is it how you did ? If so (by pressing back) let's not delay the release for that special use case.

When using different passwords, i'm redirected to the main page with no error message but the user is not inserted, is it what you got as well ?

I will look at the 2nd issue now.
