      Description: The currently available docbook plugins are lacking in features.  So a new plugin should be developed that can be used as the standard for jboss projects.  (was: Research the options for maven docbook plugins.  Try to find a standard that jboss projects can use.
Possibly add support for recent versions of fop.)
