PROBLEM

a) The definition and application descriptors share a single namespace URI (http://jbpm.org/bpel) despite they contain different information. A separate definitive namespace URI must be decided for each descriptor.

b) The current URLs used as schema locations for definition and application descriptors have no content. The schema documents must be made available at a stable location.

PROPOSAL

a) Change the namespace URI to urn:jbpm.org:bpel-1.1:definition for the definition descriptor and urn:jbpm.org:bpel-1.1:application for the application descriptor.
b) Put the schema documents in http://docs.jboss.com/jbpm/xsd/
