PROBLEM

In earlier versions of the BPEL 2.0 specification, the namespace URI of the variable property elements shared the namespace URI of BPEL process elements, namely http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2004/03/business-process/. More recent versions introduced a new namespace URI for variable property elements: http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2004/03/business-process/property. 

PROPOSAL

Update the BPEL reader and the XSLT upgrade sheet to accommodate the new variable property namespace URI. Make sure the namespace URI can be changed easily in order to follow the evolution of BPEL 2.0.
