I see you have postponed the fix, and also the 3.1.5alpha1 seems affected.
If you have a proposed patch for the main trunk, it's really a pity to let it become obsolete.
So please, fix it, or at least give us a schedule for the fix, as it's an annoying issue!
It's far too easy forgetting to manually re-add _every_ inner class _every_ time _someone_ regenerate a PAR, as if you have a GUI you think it does what it's meant to do.
