Further optimizations:
- Use byte arrays rather than Strings: a string consists of chars, with size=2 for each char. This could be used for header names. Even better: use byte to identify a header, so we can have 255 different header types

- Headers: optimize for 1 header, 2 headers, 3 headers, then swap out
impl with a Headers hashmap

- Use CMS garbage collector

- Remove -XX:AggressiveHeap as it increases other values (such as -Xmx and -Xms)
