The resulting outcome is as follows: when you pause a process, everybody else will block (on waiting for credits from the paused child process in MFC), then the child will be removed from the cluster view and everybody resumes sending messages. When the child process is resumed, it'll join the cluster again (as a merge) and you'll see a new view.
