So the console only allows to to connect to one host at a time, how in the console do I change that to another instance or discover them, I think that is my complaint.  It is not easy to see the other hosts that are available.  One of the use cases that Rich Spoke to was the ability to roll out an application to a group of servers across different hosts, so how would this work, if I have to connect to each host individually.  Of course there are notions of a domain controller in this problem. I do not think this info is easily exposed in the console.
