Honestly, I don't fully see the point in adding support for "-m".  The default JGroups stacks use several multicast sockets (diagnostics, MPING), as well as require separate ports on which to listen for multicast messages.  It strikes me as somewhat arbitrary to allow the configuration of only one of them via the command line.
Thoughts?
