Honestly, I don't fully see the point in adding support for "-m".  The default JGroups stacks use several multicast sockets (diagnostics, MPING), as well as require separate ports on which to listen for multicast messages.  It strikes me as somewhat arbitrary to allow the configuration of only of them via the command line.
This would also require a schema change so that the multicast-port accepts any string (i.e. an expression), instead of a more restrictive integer range.
