Stan Silvert commented on AS7-4969:
-----------------------------------
The next JSF upgrade will be 2.1.10. It contains this sought-after fix:
http://java.net/jira/browse/JAVASERVERFACES-2437
And it might also contain this security-related fix:
http://java.net/jira/browse/JAVASERVERFACES-2436
So as of now we are planning to wait for 2.1.10, which should be released in a matter of days.

> JBossAS 7.1.2 provides Mojarra 2.1.7. Meanwhile there is 2.1.9 at https://maven.java.net/content/repositories/releases/com/sun/faces/jsf-api and https://maven.java.net/content/repositories/releases/com/sun/faces/jsf-impl.
> IMHO, especially these 2 fixes are relevant:
> http://java.net/jira/browse/JAVASERVERFACES-2405
