2.1.10 is available at https://maven.java.net/content/repositories/releases. The release notes are at http://javaserverfaces.java.net/nonav/rlnotes/2.1.10/releasenotes.html. http://java.net/jira/browse/JAVASERVERFACES-2436 isn't fixed.
