We need to use one of following versions:

The first link you tried[1] seems to make the assumption that you are running a supported Jenkins CSB master. From the error that you copied it looks like you are running Jenkins 2.193, which is not a version that we support. For this reason manually specifying a version in the update center url is necessary.
