Add legacy controllers to test transformers against EAP 7.3.0.

There are two things to complete to get this task done:

# We need to add the EAP 7.3.0 controllers in https://github.com/wildfly/wildfly-legacy-test
# We need to upgrade the wildfly-legacy-test dependency and add the new versions to {{ModelTestControllerVersion}} and {{TransformersTestParameter}}
