There's not a really simple upgrade path (in terms of it happening automatically).  I suggest reading the JBossWS User guide, and go through some examples.  

There will probably be a small learning curve, but it's worth it.  I'm using JSR181 endpoints, so everything can be set using annotations -- a big productivity boost!  Plus, JBoss WS supports (or will soon support) many of the latest WS standards.
