[jboss-user] [JBossWS] - MTOM with webservices

i'm trying to send a SOAP message with attachments with MTOM, but i'm using annotations, so i don't use servlets.

how can I do it?
Please, if someone can tell me one simple example with a method than send an jpg image or something similar...
